Virtual Application and Desktop Guide

In response to many of the services that were provided through the virtual service, ITS moved to a newer virtual service called Remote Desktop Services (RDS). As part of the move to this new service, we also reduced the amount of services provided through this, and also restricted access to those users that only need access to one of the limited services provided through RDS.

If you have access, you can go to /virtual to access the new system.

NOTE: In order to access the new RDS service you must have the Microsoft Mobile Authenticator app setup on your Mobile Device. Without this you will not be able to sign in to the new service.

If you need access, please go to and enter in a work order with your request for access, and please let us know what application you want access to and the reason for the access.
