Ohio Reading Endorsement

Pre-requisites:
The state of Ohio and ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ mandate the following prerequisites:

  • Ohio 12-hr Reading Core;
  • Transfer in at least a 3-credit Phonics course or pass a Phonics Mastery Assessment;
  • Have completed a teacher education program or related program from an institution accredited at the state and regional level;
  • Have attained a baccalaureate cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher on a 4-point scale

  • EDUC 605: Reading Assessment and Intervention
  • EDUC 610: Reading Endorsement Practicum

Ohio Teacher Leader Endorsement
