ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ Community,
The landmark Supreme Court decision with respect to race-conscious admissions policies is a significant setback for higher education with far-ranging consequences.
While we are disappointed, please know that ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ does not use race in the admission decision-making process, nor do we consider any of the demographic features of an individual student in an admission decision. We do not have quotas or limits in place for enrolling certain populations, as we are committed to providing equal access opportunities to a ÃÛÌÒÖ±²¥ education to all of our students. We believe diversity – across all dimensions – enhances our educational community. As a diverse residential community, we also stand fast in our commitment to inclusive excellence, providing opportunities for students to interact with others of widely different backgrounds, seeking common solutions to problems facing our world.
Regards,
